How do I release a message from SPAM quarantine?
Click on the "View" link in the Digest email next to the quarantined message you want to release.
When the "Safe Preview Message" window comes up you may read the message and determine if it is valid or not.
If it’s a valid message you may release it by clicking on the "Release" button at the bottom right hand corner of the Preview Message Page. The released message will be sent to your inbox.
You are also offered the opportunity to add the sender’s e-mail address or domain to your Friends list in order to prevent future messages from the sender being quarantined. It is generally not advisable to add the sender’s domain if it matches your domain as spammers will often spoof the sender’s domain to match that of the recipient.
